The planning side

The Boring Stuff

Everything in here works the same way as the music side. You fill it in, it saves in this browser as you go, and it prints clean when you need it on paper.

One thing worth knowing. Your day-of timeline and your Music Run Sheet are two different pages on purpose. The run sheet lives over in The Whole Damn Day and it's the one you hand to whoever runs the sound. The timeline in here is everything else: hair and makeup, photos, when the caterer shows up, when the shuttle leaves.

The tools

Where the Money Goes

Put in one number and it splits your whole budget for you. Then track what you were quoted, what you've paid, and what's due next.

The Yes List

Your headcount. How many said yes, how many you're still waiting on, and the plate count your caterer asks for.

The Actual Schedule

Your day-of timeline. Tell it when the ceremony starts and it builds the whole day backward from there. Hair, photos, the caterer, the shuttle, and every handoff in between.

Everybody's Number

Every vendor, who to ask for, and the cell they'll answer on the day. Print it and hand it to whoever is keeping the day on track.

What's Left

Only the jobs where being late costs you something. Put in your date and it shows you what's due now. Check things off and watch the list get shorter.

A printable version of all of this is coming as one pack, for anyone who would rather work on paper than on a screen.
